Data availability

Coverage is uneven. Breadth and depth are different questions, and conflating them is how teams get surprised in production, so both are published.

The long tail is annual World Bank series, marked fallbackOnly. Real data, useful for context, and unsuitable for anything time sensitive. If you need a live panel, build against the 50. If you need breadth for a map or a ranking, the 268 are there and honestly labelled.
